Could all parents/carers whose children use both or either of these clubs ensure that they have booked their child/children in prior to the cut off time of the day before at the latest.
This is ongoing and must be done prior to each time you would like your child/children to attend the clubs (e.g. each week etc.)
There are some children who are still not being booked in.
Unfortunately unless your child is booked in and their place is paid for they will not be able to attend the clubs.
Staffing ratios, food purchases etc. are all based on numbers of children attending.
The Manager of the clubs or the office staff are not able to book your childrens places for you.
If you have any problems accessing the booking then please contact school prior to the cut off times for the clubs (the day before) and we will endeavour to assist you in you booking the spaces.
If your child has not used the facilities before and you would like to book them in then please speak to Jane in the office (09.00-10.00 Monday to Thursday & all day Friday) who will add them to the system and you will be able to book them in using Parentpay.
