We have received lots of forms back which is fantastic, and we have received lots of payments also which is great.
To enable your child to attend this trip you will need to
- Make a payment of £8.00 per child on Parentpay
- AND
- Return the completed consent form
- Both of these must be with the school office by Monday 2nd December at the latest
- If we receive a form but no payment – we will be unable to book your child a place on this outing
- If we receive a payment but no consent form – we will also be unable to book your child a place on this outing.
This is a great outing that the children really enjoy, however without both the payment and the form back for your child we are unfortunately not able to take them on the trip, as it is not curriculum based, it is not a voluntary contribution option. And we have to have written consent to enable them to attend.
