We have received a number of phone calls from Year 6 parents to request the start time for our Open Evening which was due to be on the 29th September.
As with many schools across Telford and Wrekin, we have cancelled this face to face event and will be delivering a Virtual Open evening via the school website.
Y6 parents can keep up to date with the launch date for this Virtual Open Evening via HLC school website.
Please could any outstanding paperwork for your children in Class 1 ( new receptions Sept 2020) be returned to school this week.
We are missing some paperwork and additional copies have been sent home for completion, we do need these returned to school please.
Many thanks for your support.
Please could the Bikeability forms be returned tomorrow ( Tuesday ) – even if your child is not taking part -please just write this on the form- as I need to give names and numbers to the Bikeability team.
Unfortunately we will not be able to add anyone to the groups after the end of tomorrow due to the planning now required for this.
If your child is not at school today or tomorrow then please could you email A2038@taw.org.uk to let me know if they will be taking part.
Please see the attached information regarding applications for Secondary school places
For Thomas Telford, Adams Grammar and Newport Girls school please see their websites also for further information and dates.
Please can you send a pair of welly boots into school to be kept here for your chil/dren to use throughout the Autumn/Winter/Spring. This enables the children to be able to go onto the field at lunchtimes.
Please can you send them into school fully labelled/clearly named with your childs full name in.
Please can they be sent in by Monday 28th September to ensure the children are able to go onto the field every lunchtime.
Happy times table practise rockstars! 😀

Many thanks for your assistance with this
I have sent home today the individual login details for Parentpay for any children who started with us in September.
This includes all reception children and those who have moved from other schools.
Please set up your ParentPay account as soon as possible even if you are not going to use it straight away as it reduces the amount of duplicate paperwork we have to produce.
Any new parents who have had children attend breakfast club or wraparound club will now be able to book and pay for their sessions once they have set up their account.
If you have any issues then please let us know in the office and we will endeavour to assist with these.
A gentle reminder to all parents
Children are only allowed to have either fruit or vegetables for their snack at break time.
Children in Class1 and Class 2 are provided with this , but parents are able to send in fruit or vegetable if your child will only eat certain ones.
Many thanks for your support
All children who use inhalers -whether frequently or occasionally – need to have them in school.
The class teachers have sent home some today which have expired over the summer
Please can parents send in new labelled inhalers by the end of this week at the latest as they must have their own individual inhalers to use at school.
I will be sending out another set of review paperwork to those families that have not completed their 2020 review paperwork as we need this in school by the end of the week also please.
Thank you for your assistance
