I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone for making my last week at Crudgington so special. ‘Thank you’ parents and children for all your cards, gifts and flowers, it has been quite overwhelming and I need to go out today and buy some more vases! The kind words spoken and written to me over the past few days really mean a lot.
Thank you also to the staff for the lovely card, messages, gift (you know me well) and flowers, and for all you have arranged for me this week. On Tuesday, I got to catch up with some of the people I have worked with over the years. It was a complete surprise when they arrived at lunchtime and it definitely made my day. I will never forget Thursday and the afternoon assembly where each class gave me their fantastic cards with personal messages from them all. I did notice that they all seemed to follow a similar theme of shoes, clothes and handbags and I can’t think why? I had a lovely time reading them all last night.
There have been some truly memorable times at Crudgington Primary over the past 13 years and I have had the pleasure of working with some really nice people. I am so glad to have been a part of such a lovely school with great staff and great children.
