There are outstanding forms and payments for school trips and clubs throughout the school.
Please could parents/carers ensure that the forms and payments are made in good time and by the latest the date given on the letters for these trips and clubs.
Unfortunately if the forms and payments are not received by the dates stated on the letters then your child will not be able to attend the club/attend the school trip.
Chasing up these forms and payments is taking up increasing office time and is not a good use of staff resources.
We would appreciate if you are having any difficulty in paying then you speak to Mrs Cunningham in the office at the earliest convenience.
If consent forms are not received then your child will not be able to attend the trip/s.
