This term, Class 4 will be learning all about the artist Pablo Picasso. Children have already learnt about the life of the artist along with the many different styles of art which he was famous for, including the first piece of art in an exhibition which was a self portrait.
During the lesson, children learnt the skill portrait drawing, then using a mirror, they created their own self portrait, in the style of Picasso by using pencil and colouring pencils to add colour to their portrait. They all worked really hard, and here are some of the finished portraits!
