We are all looking forward to the Spooky Story and Trick or Trunk evening at school this Thursday.
Please return the slip if you haven’t done so already and your child/ren would like to take part.
Please see the below for the evenings timings
School will not be open before 6.10pm as the staff will be having their tea break before the evening activities begin. If you arrive before this time please wait in the playground and we will open the doors at 6.10pm
5.00pm – Car park gates locked – If your child is at wraparound after this time please come to the front gate and wraparound staff will be there
5.30pm – Volunteers arrive to set up refreshments in staff room
5.45pm Car park gates unlocked for those taking part in trick or trunk
6.10pm onwards – Children arrive at school
6.15 – Children to classes for Spooky stories
6.30pm –Hot chocolate to classes
6.55pm – Children to be collected from their external classroom door by Parents/Carers
7.00pm-8.00pm – Trick or Trunk on car park
Gates to car park will be opened when children have finished (approx. 8pm.
REMINDER – NO PARKING AT SCHOOL UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOKED A SPACE TO DO TRUNK OR TREAT OR YOU HAVE VOLUNTEERED AND BEEN GIVEN CAR PARK LABEL.
