Hello everyone!
Tomorrow I am setting you a ‘Dress to Express’ challenge, where you are challenged with upcycling an old piece of clothing to express yourself and your feelings.
If you are a keyworker child, who will be in school tomorrow, then please bring in an old piece of clothing with you. It could be an old T-shirt, jeans or even a pair of socks.
Thanks,
Miss Latham
Dear Parent/Carer,
Following the announcement at 8pm this evening, Crudgington Primary School will be closed from tomorrow morning. We will be providing provision for vulnerable children and the children of Critical Workers starting at 8.30 am tommorow morning. Please email the school as soon as possible on a2038@taw.org.uk to let us know if you require a place. As a reminder, Critical workers include:
Health & social care
Education & childcare
Key public services
Local and national government
Food and other necessary goods
Public safety & national security
Transport & boarder
Utilities, communication & financial services
Further clarification on critical worker roles can be found at:

We will be switching to online learning from tomorrow morning, please check your child’s class page for further information tomorrow morning.
Class teacher email addresses are once again active, so you are able to contact teachers directly. Again, this will be covered on your child’s class page.
Although these are uncertain times, please be assured that we are onhand to support children and families during this difficult period.

Thank you for the photos already sent into school for our ‘get caught reading’ display. They are making a wonderful display in our corridor, but we do need more!
If you haven’t already sent a picture where you have been caught reading, it isn’t too late to join in. I would like to create a huge display in the library over the summer, with all the different places you have been caught reading in and the pets/people who have shared a book with you.
Get creative, then get your photo emailed into school for printing. Every picture received will be entered into a draw for a one-to-one reading session with Woody the reading dog when he returns on Wednesday 18th July.
Happy reading!
Mrs Horton
